I've put together a few SR (Sound Reinforcement) speakers. Not to be comfuced with the lower fidelity and lower quality PA (Public Address) class of equipment, but here I use them interchangably because I'm lazy. 12" 2-way This one uses an Eminence Delta 12LF 12" driver and a P.Audio 1" compression driver. 60x40 and a very small box. Loud? yeah, we've got that too. They might even array decently. Double front loaded 18" sub Uses the Eminence Omega Pro 18. It'll blow your socks off. Single front loaded 18" cabinets. I built a pair of these for WCCR a couple of summers back. They served the station well, but now desperately need replcement. Too bad they fired me before I could build new ones. I have an idea for a PA sub. It uses the P.Audio BM-15LF in a 3.5cuft box tuned to 34Hz. Some day I hope to have a big rack of Crowns to power all of this with. Comments? email me.
